Messages Never Sent

About

For the words that never made it into the chat box.

Messages Never Sent is a collection of poems built around unsent thoughts, late-night conversations, almost-confessions, distance, desire and the quiet emotional static people carry but rarely say out loud.

Some pieces are soft. Some are sharp. Some feel like a message typed at 2am and deleted before anyone could read it.

Frequently asked questions

How do I track my order?

Log in to your account and open My Orders to see current status and timeline updates.

Can I use a promo code at checkout?

Yes. Enter your promo code in checkout before payment. Valid codes apply automatically.

How do I get help with an order issue?

Use the help chat while logged in and include your order number for faster support.

How long do custom poems take?

Delivery time depends on the selected contributor, availability and current workload. Check the estimated completion date shown for the contributor instead of relying on a fixed delivery promise.

What can I commission?

Available services vary by site and may include poems, songwriting, audio recordings, ebooks, short articles and books. The marketplace only shows services enabled for the current site.

Can I choose my contributor?

Where contributor selection is offered, choose from contributors who support the selected service and occasion. Public price, profile details and estimated completion date are shown when available.

How are estimated finish dates calculated?

Estimated dates use the contributor's turnaround, available working dates, current workload, daily capacity and configured buffer time.

Why can prices differ between contributors?

Public commission prices can vary by contributor. The selected contributor's price is shown during the journey and the order is recalculated on the server before payment.

How many edits can I request?

Your creative work page shows the edit allowance for each assignment. The standard workflow supports up to five edit requests unless a different limit is stored for that assignment.

What happens after my work is delivered for review?

Open your creative work page to review the delivery. You can approve the final work or request an edit while edits remain. Open edit requests must be completed before final approval.

Why is a contributor not showing to customers?

Contributors are shown only when active, enabled for the current site and their required public profile is complete. Service and specialism filters may narrow the list further.

Do you store my card details?

Payment details are handled through the configured payment provider. Never send card details in chat or a support ticket.

What happens when I create a support ticket?

When escalation is available, submit a subject and message. You will receive a ticket number, and you can include an order number when the issue relates to an order.

What can the support assistant access?

The assistant uses controlled, read-only tools scoped to the signed-in customer and current white-label site. It can use approved order, marketplace, estimate, creative-work and FAQ tools, but it cannot refund, cancel or edit orders.

How do songwriting requests work?

Complete the guided songwriting brief with format, story, sound and contact details, compare available songwriter cards and current finish estimates, then review the request before submission.

How do customer reviews work?

Reviews are submitted to the site first and may be moderated before publication. Verified-order reviews can display a verified purchase badge.

Can I also leave a review on an external review site?

If an external review provider is enabled, a link may be offered after you submit your review to the site.

Can I apply to become a contributor?

Use the contributor register-interest form to describe your skills and share work samples. The site team may contact you first or approve the application and send account setup instructions.

Can I ask for access to or deletion of my personal data?

You can ask for access, correction, export, restriction, objection or deletion of personal data. Identity verification may be required before a request is fulfilled.

Can an estimated completion date change?

Yes. The date is a live estimate based on the contributor's current availability, workload, working dates and buffer time. It is not a fixed delivery guarantee, so check the latest estimate shown during the journey and on your creative work record.

What happens when I use all available edits?

Once the stored edit allowance has been used, the standard revision workflow closes. Contact support if more work is needed so any additional scope, timing and price can be agreed separately.

Where can I browse ebooks?

Open the Ebooks page to browse titles currently published on this site. Only live ebooks from public contributors who are enabled for the current site are shown.

What information is shown for an ebook?

Each ebook page can show the title, subtitle, summary, full description, cover image, contributor, price or free status and publication details supplied for that title.

Are all ebooks paid?

No. A contributor can publish an ebook as free or paid. The catalogue shows the current price and currency, or clearly marks the ebook as free.

Which currency are ebook prices shown in?

The catalogue stores a three-letter currency code for each ebook. This site uses its configured currency, with GBP as the current default.

Who created an ebook?

Published ebook pages identify the contributor responsible for the title. Use the contributor name and profile details to see who created the work.

Why has an ebook disappeared from the catalogue?

An ebook is hidden when it is moved back out of public availability, archived, its contributor is no longer public or enabled for this site, or ebooks are disabled for the site.

Does an ebook listing include a download?

Not by itself. A catalogue listing describes a published ebook. Secure purchase, file delivery and customer download access are separate features from the public listing.
